Reactive Maintenance

Office Clean UK offer reactive maintenance as a rapid response to our customers, it covers the fundamental belief of being available 24/7 for our customers.  The service is key in certain sectors and at Office Clean UK planning for reactive maintenance is our forte!

We provide a dedicated Contracts Manager to work with our customers, they are on hand to deal with any particular needs and wants of any type of reactive maintenance required.

Planned Maintenance

We believe that preparation and prevention are key when it comes to maintenance. Understanding the ongoing needs of a job or organisation that requires high or low maintenance, and planning ahead for any eventuality is key in today’s climate.  The level of planned maintenance is tailored to the specific needs of our customers and we will work with you to ensure your needs are met.
